When will my order arrive?
Allow 3–12 business days after processing for U.S. delivery, depending on the product and destination. Check the estimate shown at checkout and order early for a fixed event date. Products in one order may arrive separately.
How does express delivery work?
Express delivery costs $15 when available for every item in the order and is estimated at 1–2 business days after processing. If checkout explicitly shows that service and the carrier misses its delivery window, contact us for a refund of the express shipping fee.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is provided after fulfillment, it is added to your order. It can take up to 48 hours to show movement.
