This website is operated by Hallow Vane. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Hallow Vane,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hallow Vane.

Hallow Vane provides this website, including its information, products, features, and services, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or purchase our products.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, included items, colors, power requirements, and usage information.

However:

• Colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings
• Minor measurements or design details may vary
• Packaging may change
• Product specifications can vary between available options
• Handmade or manufactured items may have minor variations

Review the selected product option carefully before checkout. The option selected determines the style, color, size, quantity, configuration, and included items you will receive.

Images showing a staged display, costume, background, accessory, or multiple products do not mean every pictured item is included. The product description and selected option control what is included.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.

1. MASKS, COSTUME ITEMS, AND PRODUCT SAFETY

Halloween masks, costume accessories, decorations, lights, and props must be used responsibly and according to any instructions or warnings provided.

Costume masks:

• Are not protective or safety equipment
• May reduce visibility, hearing, airflow, or movement
• Should be removed immediately if breathing or visibility becomes uncomfortable
• Should not be used while driving, cycling, operating equipment, or performing another activity requiring unobstructed vision
• Should not be used by anyone with a latex allergy if the product contains latex

Keep decorations, small parts, packaging, electrical components, batteries, cords, and flames away from children and pets when appropriate.

Only use electrical products with a compatible power supply. Keep electrical connections dry and follow the product’s placement and weather-exposure instructions.

You are responsible for selecting, installing, securing, supervising, and using products appropriately for your circumstances.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed. The price shown during checkout applies to the order, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout when available.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not directly control how long a bank or payment provider takes to authorize, decline, release, or post a transaction.

1. ORDERS

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.

We may contact you to verify order information. We may limit or cancel quantities that appear to be associated with unauthorized resale, fraud, automated purchasing, pricing errors, or abuse of a promotion.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

We work with multiple third-party sourcing and fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may:

• Ship from different locations
• Be processed separately
• Have separate tracking numbers
• Arrive in different packages or on different dates

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes might not be possible after processing or fulfillment begins.

Delivery estimates do not guarantee arrival by Halloween, a party, or another particular date.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised period, we will provide notice, an updated estimate, and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, damaged items, defective products, incorrect orders, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You must contact us before returning an item so that we can provide authorization, instructions, and the correct return address.

Do not return products to an address printed on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to use that address.

1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes and discounts:

• Must be used before their stated expiration
• May be limited to qualifying products or order amounts
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted
• Have no cash value
• Cannot normally be applied retroactively
• May be limited to one use per customer or household

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, or an obvious technical error.

1. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product details, prices, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information.

We may correct errors and update information. If a correction materially affects an order you already placed, we will contact you and provide any options required by applicable law.

Our store is hosted and supported by Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, analytics, communication, reviews, and other store functions.

We are not responsible for an independent third-party website merely because our website contains a link to it. Review third-party policies before providing information or completing a transaction through an external website.

The Hallow Vane name, website design, written content, graphics, logos, original photographs, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Hallow Vane and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit our website content without written permission.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, or materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

1. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It reflects your genuine experience when presented as a review
• It does not contain unlawful, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material
• It does not contain malicious software or misleading commercial content

You grant Hallow Vane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use the submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store.

We may moderate or remove submitted content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules. We are not obligated to publish every submission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

You remain responsible for following product instructions, warnings, age guidance, electrical requirements, installation guidance, and safe-use practices.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Hallow Vane and its service providers harmless from third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed when necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

1. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
