Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing muntali0609@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return condition
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with included accessories. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us with photographs and order details so we can arrange a remedy without charging you return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you after inspecting a returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may require additional time. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
