Shipping & Delivery

We work with multiple fulfillment partners, so delivery timing can vary by product and destination. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Standard delivery

Allow 3–12 business days after processing for U.S. delivery, depending on the product and destination. The estimate shown at checkout for your address is the best estimate for your order. Order early when purchasing for Halloween or another fixed date.

Express delivery

Express delivery costs $15 when it is available for every product in the order. The express estimate is 1–2 business days after processing. If checkout explicitly shows the 1–2 business-day express service and the shipment arrives after that carrier delivery window, contact us and we will refund the express shipping fee. Product charges are not refunded under this shipping-fee guarantee.

Processing and tracking

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. When tracking is supplied after fulfillment, it is added to your order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes and delays

Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect or a shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment. Carrier delays caused by severe weather, an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or circumstances outside the carrier’s control may not qualify for the express-fee refund.
